Lauren joined Massengale Golf Academy in 2009 as junior golf coach and marketing consultant. She led a rebranding of Massengale Golf in 2015 and the founding of Summit Golf School in 2017.  

Lauren has an extensive background in junior golf, marketing, and business development. She has cultivated the  junior golf development programs and branding of Summit Golf. Since 2017 Summit Golf School has grown to two locations, ten instructors, a junior golf program of over 300 juniors, and several awards. Summit Golf School is now recognized as the top junior golf program in Texas. 

Lauren graduated in 2009 from Texas A&M University.  In addition to academic excellence she had a decorated junior and collegiate golf career.

She has a wealth of teaching and junior development knowledge having worked with Dick Harmon as a junior golfer.  Lauren was named a U.S. Kids Golf Top 50 Kids Coach class of 2018 and 2019 and a Master U.S. Kids Coach in 2020.
